Are my stats, such as learning performance and score, visible to company administrators?

Yes. The company administrator will have access to all the data related to the performance of their employees on Elite for the workplace.

For doing that Administrator needs to go to the Admin Panel -> Users and click on the view icon. 

Administrators can see the details report of the each user here.
