How to unlock the content without giving the test?

This can only be done by Admin. There are 2 ways to do so:

1. For all Users

2. For Individual Users

Here are the steps for each of them:

1. For all Users

Step 1: Go to the Admin Panel -> Account Details 

Step 2: Go to the Account section, there is an option Enable content access without taking the skill tests for all users. When you change it Yes, you will get the below message:

Step 3: Click on the OK button and then click on Save Changes. It will be done. 

2. For Individual Users

Step 1: First of all go to the Admin Panel Users -> User and click on the Edit Icon. 

Step 2: Once you click the Edit Icon, you will get windows as below:  

Step 3: Here there is an option to Enable content access without taking the skill tests for this user. Change it to Yes it will show the following message:

Step 4: Click on the OK button and then click on the Save Changes. It will be done.
